Ferhan Hamid is Counsel to Impresa. He focuses his practice on Technology, Start-ups, Government Contracts, and Corporate Transactions.
He is Managing Director and Founder of Red Fort Strategies, a government relations and public affairs firm based in Washington, D.C. He recently successfully exited as the CEO of INADEV, a leading company focused on mobile solutions, web development, and cloud computing. Ferhan is experienced in both the private and public sectors having served as Director of the investment banking firm FBR Capital Markets, Inc. and various senior management positions with the City of Chicago. He started his career as Assistant Attorney General in Illinois.
He serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Virginia Lottery and has served on the Board of the Democratic Business Council of Northern Virginia.
