The Impresa Legal Group is pleased to announce that Samuel (Sam) Jack has joined the firm as Counsel.  As a former U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) attorney, he has a deep understanding of the issues facing clients working on international contracts and grants funded by the U.S. Government.  His extensive agency experience will also be a resource to clients involved with health care, technology, and transportation contracting.  While maintaining a separate practice with the Dempsey Law Firm in Wisconsin, Sam is a long-standing member of the public contracts community and has authored numerous scholarly articles on government contracting topics.  Sam bolsters Impresa’s acquisition and assistance overall and offers significant experience representing companies and organizations in the government contracting and international development communities.
